For every person out there that was quiet, not because they chose to be so, but because they were choking in the smoke. Because their opinions were apparently not worth anything. Because they didn't know just how to say what they felt. For every person that is consumed by their own thoughts, the derision from the outside world only making it worse. For every soul that was drowning in remorse and anguish on restless nights. For every soul that says I love you in the dark and in the mirror because no one else does. For the floors we would pace while anxiety sunk its teeth into us. For the mirrors that we would break while shame echoed its laugh in our caged walls. For the hearts that would ache while loneliness was the only company. For every moment of pain and solitude in this world that feels too cruel for such young and frail minds.

This isn't a story. It's about people with problems in life aka depression/anxiety/anything else you need help with. We're all hiding inside ourselves and don't know what to do. I hope to help... If you have problems, I highly recommend this. I'm open to any suggestions on what to talk about in this book and you can also pm me if you have a problem and need someone to talk to. I'm here if you need anything... A little disclaimer: This contains things like suicide, really brutal descriptions and some cuss words. If you are sensitive to any of those, I don't think you should read this. But if you have a problem with depression or suicide, I think you should. NO HATERS OR ANY BULLIES ALLOWED!!! YOUR ACCOUNT WILL GET DELETED IF YOU SAY RUDE OR MEAN THINGS TO PEOPLE AND ABOUT PEOPLE IN THIS BOOK!!!

Don't fear death. It does nothing for you. Death is at every turn; the challenge is if you choose to accept it or not. Don't fear pain. Pain is how you learn. Pain is the side-effect of life. If you live life fearing getting hurt...can you truly live life fully? I've felt pain. I've accepted death. I've lived, I've learned, I've drowned a few times. If all I have to show for it is small bundles of letters and words...so be it. That's more than I could have ever hoped for. Everything that means anything to me are just words. You can put anything into words. Anything and everything. You can put death into words. You can put pain into words. You can put fear into words. And I have. And you can read them, if you want. You can learn from them; learn to stop fearing, learn to stop living in the future, behind your mask. But only if you care enough to listen. I speak loud and clear, yet nobody can hear me. I am not hidden, yet nobody can find me. If they even try.

*Poetry and quotes I come up with when I'm supposed to be asleep* Most are quite short so the last chapter will be all of them combined because I'm aware of how many ads there are now They will get better and most will be triggering I will update occasionally but I'm marking as complete Please vote or comment on your favourite poems (alway comment any spelling or punctuation mistakes) Please don't ask me if I'm ok, I'm fine and poetry is how I cope with many things. I just hope that if you relate to any of these poems that they help you too. Btw all the love poems are about a guy that I no longer like that much but they're not that shit so why not keep them TWs: language, suicide, depression, derealization, self harm, murder and more Wow! Just things I write well I'm not in a very good Place. I thought these aren't half bad. So why don't I share them with other people not only myself? So here we are I hope you like them. Also if some of them are Quotes or Poems you've seen before feel free to tell me, because I never looked anything up just wrote what came to mind. So maybe I wrote a Quote, that has already been thought of, and of course Thank you for even clicking on this worthless, trashy, and utterly pointless book... Side note it gets better at the end of this book. The beginning is 6th grade me (11-12 year old me) so it's pretty fucking terrible, but who gives a fuck anyway? Not Me!

this will be a part two to my other set of poems. please read them but they are not needed to understand these. These will be much sadder than my original ones usually.

This is for anyone that can't put there thoughts and feelings into words. Whether it be at your best, worst, most beautiful, or most tragic times. These poems will remind you of them. Or so I hope.
