The sirens were ringing in my ears. My mother yelling at me, pushing me, threatening me. The police tugging on my shirt pulling me away. That was the last time I saw her, the last time I will ever see her.
All I could hear was the frantic thrumming of my heartbeat against my chest. The alarm sirens were a
light humming in the background. My limbs were shaking from exhaustion, including the extra limbs
protruding from my back. My breath came out rapidly but, I couldn't seem to get enough oxygen to my
lungs. My eyes burned from the force of the air whipping past them. " No Razor! You can't stop, I'm right
behind you. Keep going!" I heard a familiar voice say that seemed close but, distant. Following the voices orders I
pushed my body to go faster and to ignore the pain of exaustion. "There she is!"
