After the USJ incident, class 1-A was deemed superior to class 1-B. The students of class 1-B simply knew it was not the case, but only two students from class 1-B decided that they'd get revenge and prove to everyone that they are as good as, if not better than, class 1-A.

The two? Oh, they're none other than Monoma Neito and (L/n) (Y/n), who have decided to beat class 1-A's top student, Bakugou Katsuki, in order to prove how much better than class 1-A they are. Will they succeed in doing so? Maybe, maybe not. But their goal definitely won't be easy to accomplish, especially when feelings start playing their roles in the story.
