Estelle Blackwell was told all her life "cherish what you have because one day it could all be gone."
She didn't give much mind to the saying but, now she's wishing she paid more attention. Her world is falling apart and everything she's worked so hard to build up, collapses.
Her mom is dead, her dad is dead, and her sister is missing.
When Estelle meets Harry, leader of the British army, she gets curious. She wants to know him but, he's annoying, frustrating and all of the above. It's hard to survive when you have someone out there, who wants you dead.
