blow out the candles || t.w.d (short story)

Josh Meyer is confronting the grief over his late dead brother, Cooper. Josh falls into a state of depression and disconnection but has no idea that Coop really is watching him from above.
Coop can see everything from the good days and not so good days but Josh has no idea that Coop is really with him.
Call Cooper a ghost if you will but their connection runs deeper than that. Coop can feel everything Josh does from the physical to mental side of things.
Coop spends all his efforts attempting to communicate with Josh but by the time he does, it's too late.
What has Josh done?
