The year is 2358. The Third World War has ended. The world is in ruin. The UN has gathered the eight remaining scientists on Earth to create something to keep the human race alive. An Invention to save the human race.

One of these scientists is geneticist, Codi Watterson. She is the only female in the group of scientists, and had a terrible time throughout the war, leaving her with a severe case of anxiety and PTSD. She is forced away from her home town of Nottingham to New York to work on the Invention, where she meets William Harper - a physicist who is all Codi could ever wish for.

But with the human race on the brink of extinction, can Codi risk getting involved with someone like William at all?

Every prototype technology has its risks. After an accident involving a novel robotic suit, Keres cadet Sky begins to have recurring lucid nightmares where she finds herself in a prison called Tartaros. Soon, one thing becomes clear: Tartaros is more than just a dream, and as the lines between reality and her subconscious begin to blur, Sky is forced to question her own perception of the world. Meanwhile, more and more mysterious accidents shake the city of Pharos to the core, threatening the safety and security of the last surviving humans on earth. Through her own accident, Sky finds herself drawn into the investigation of an enigmatic task force. The prototype technology, her dreams, a dubious doctor, a missing part of her medical files and a dark secret from her past all seem to be connected, but how? Form here on out, there's only one direction left to go: Down. _______________ Featured on Wattpad's UndiscoveredBooks profile on their "Need to Read" reading list Highest Rankings: #1 in Philosophy [17.01.2019] #8 in Mind [17.01.2019] #8 in Science [13.03.2019] #10 in Psychology [28.02.2019] #24 in Science-Fantasy [17.01.2019] #39 in Dreams [17.01.2019] The 10th Circle centers around questions about the human mind: what is it, what happens with it when we sleep and dream, what happens with it when we die, and what does it mean to be human and to have a mind in the first place. Years from now, science will have no limits. Bored with conventional things, Scientists turn to less human projects... like raising the dead. They start off small, using animals first. But then, an accident occurs, leaking the chemical straight into the ground, raising ever single man and woman that died fighting. Not wanting to claim it was an accident, the scientists claim terrorists as the culprits... and America spreads the disease over the rest of the world. The Whole World Crumbles. However, a few cities survive that attack. Roni Walsh wasn't born at the time of the attack, and neither was her friend, Scott Lawson, and she never met a Zombie, for the cities and farms that survived are kept under lock and key. But after 30 years, the Zombies are tired of waiting for the humans to die. Facing certain death, Roni and Scott must fight with all their skill to survive... or will it all be in vein?
