Shin Young is the daughter of the evil prime minister, although they shared the same blood in their veins, but their world point of view is very different, she dislike politics and hate her father for making her the queen- without her consent, because she knew that her marriage is gong to be political and not out of love.
So, after so many years of spending her life together with the king, an heir -to-the-throne issue started to rise. The ministers were accusing the queen to be barren. So the ministers conspire with each other to force the king to spend his night with one of the concubine.
Being furious by the decisions of the other ministers, the prime minister decided to take the matter on his own hand, he decided to bribe the concubine to poison the king with black magic. The execution of the king was being executed perfectly according to the plan, as when the king drinks his tea, he became ill all of a sudden.
Although Shin Young was sad and angry at the same time by his father's action, she searched for a way to save the king despite the cruel treatments he gave her. After so many days of searching, the queen finally found a cure to save the king, but the cure came with deadly consequences.
