The people here are dangerous to the world, sometimes dangerous to themselves. Most of them do not have any family, which makes it easier to keep them locked up, to isolate them from the world.
They say doctors who work with crazy people tend to go a little crazy themselves. Will Dr. David Smith be able to escape the madness before it gets to him? Would he even want to?
