When word has it that a new operation has been hacking into NEST and getting information to build a cyborg. NEST goes to investigate it and they come back with a young girl; according to what they saw at first. When William Lennox informs the Autobots about what she was and what happened to her, they try to help her out. The malfunction in her re-boot system has caused her to act inhuman, such as having no emotion or pain. Sideswipe was eager to become her guardian, but Sunstreaker was reluctant at first. She was known a 46076-rX, but was called Ren by the 'Bots.
