His eyes were amber-colored, and the hair that framed his perfectly tan face was black. It stuck out in all directions as if he'd recently been swimming, which, judging by the surfboard he was holding, he had. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 17 year old Sofie McFae is finally nearing 18. For her birthday, her rich parents pay for her to go on vacation in Hawaii, if accompanied by her sister. But when her sister doesn't show up at the airport, Sofie goes anyway- and she gets a lot more than she could have imagined. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ &lt;3 &lt;3 &lt;3 &lt;3 18 year old Kai finds freedom in the waves in which he surfs between shifts at his family diner. But the freedom he finds within himself when he meets Sofie is beyond what he knew to be possible. How can one vacation change someone so much?
