Hey, Girlie

"I've spent what seems like decades trying to be structured,
And even longer attempting whimsicality.
Now I've decided to give up,
So I can focus on the words -
The ones that feel nice on my tongue and
Mean more than the really long ones.
I don't know what I am yet,
Or who I'm trying to be.
I'm climbing that mountain later,
But right now I'm just enjoying sitting at the bottom with the people
Who make me laugh and smile and see colours similarly to I."
