When Kaito accepted Akako's help, he didn't know that the thing that would turn the whole game upside down would actually flip his own life as well.
He didn't deny how helpful the information was, especially since the crows don't know anything about it, probably will never even guess it, but well, he kinda didn't believe it at first.
But, He was really surprised when he heard that well, the Panadora could be a human, and that human is that smart detective that enjoys chasing after him.
But, his task is obvious and clear. There won't be any turning backs, and that task involves getting ride of the panadora.
He promised that he wouldn't let himself get attached to the fellow, but since he doesn't like killing people, he thought he would give Akako sometime to find a way to destroy the gem -at this point, one's life is less important than the world's, right?
But, he would try to gain the other's trust as well, but the rules were clear as the day's sun, no getting attached, and he doubted he would ever will anyways.
