Adam White and his hippie friend, Lennon Freeman, regularly save the human race from various demon and alien incursions. However, during a weekend mini-break to the First World War battlefields of Belgium, they thought they could take a well-earned break from thwarting the forces of darkness.
However, their destination town of Liege was completely dead. Not only suffering from a distinct lack of recognisable tourist attractions, but, for some reason, the bodies of the recently-deceased had returned to life and started trying to attack the living.
Life for most residents goes on as normal, due to the undead being slower than your average pensioner with hip problems. This leaves Adam and Lennon with the option of either continuing their holiday simply avoiding the shuffling cadavers, or putting them back into their graves once and for all.
