INFERNO[INDOMITABLE#1]

Evelyn Rose is the youngest daughter of King Yohan the third, and the second most powerful fire starter alive with only her stepsister, Claire, being more capable. Her powerful pyrokinetic abilities and her ferocity in battle have earned her the alias of "The Ifrit"-a powerful fire demon of myth.

On her sixteenth birthday, the city is attacked and Evelyn's father is betrayed by Vergas-his general, and decapitated by his wife Camila, who was having an affair with General Vergas.

After failing to garner any support from the King's old allies, who see no reason to support a little girl whose father was too weak to hold on to his own kingdom, and suffering a crushing defeat at the hands of her elder sister, young Evelyn is then bound in chains and placed before a kangaroo court consisting of her treacherous stepmother, now ruling as Queen, General Vergas, and several Nobles who all find her guilty of "crimes against the state." Evelyn is subjected to a spell, by Queen Camila, which strips her of her pyrokinesis. She is then sold to slave traders who then resell her to Lucian-the Lord of the Outlands who runs a brutal fighting pit for his citizen's perverse amusement.

Devoid of her pyrokinetic abilities, Evelyn has to rely solely on her wits and fighting ability to overcome her various opponents which doesn't go so well when she's paired against a giant of a man who's about to rip her in half. Evelyn stands ready to face death when she's saved by a raven haired boy with blue eyes who somehow creates a wall of ice around her.
