In the ensuing destruction of the hero organization and the collapse of their main power base and structure the heroes were forced to flee and seek protection amongst communities that would accept them while the criminals had gotten free reign with unchecked power across Nations. However not all heroes are ready to give up the fight as the story follows two heroes traveling across the nation that have stopped in the area of Seattle to make a living for themselves and to decide whether to give it all up and seek a normal life. However little do they know that their boss has a plan to help the heroes out with their fight which will have untold consequences for the world at large.

One day her and her brother fight leading to her family falling into a ditch. Finally Chloe is fed up of her family fighting and forgives. Everything comes out but when her brothers react speechless to a sad memory Chloe tell she takes it as a sign in a bad way. Chloe takes a step into water. Her brothers have to say a goodbye?
