The story revolves around a young girl named Natalie Thompson. With her 5 brothers, drug addicted parents, and a heart disease at the age of 8, she is definitely not your average teenage girl.

During her highschool years new events will start to unfold in her life. What was once considered a threat to her, will she feel? After meeting a bunch of new trustworthy people in her life and someone who she'll grow to value as much as her brothers, will her story finally reach its final chapter or will it continue on as their lives start to change?
