Her best friends, Jessica Gardener and Emma Williams, frown upon the skeptical romance at first but Aubrey feels it is real this time. When she ends up in trouble at school and Alex even starts to feel the pressure on the newfound relationship. Both their parents disagree and they find themselves fighting for their love.
