TORN

Having lived in a world where he was nothing but an experiment, a person with no name, referred to only as Subject B-14, Michael decides to run away. With the help of his best friend, Ruby, aka Subject A-12, he escapes the facility where they were being held captive. But running from S.I.G.E.R is no easy task. After their escape, Ruby and Michael have distanced themselves from each other, in hopes to not get caught and dragged back to the facility. The plan is to wait S.I.G.E.R out until they both turn eighteen. That way, they would both become legal adults and S.I.G.E.R would lose the power it holds over them.
Being distanced from her best friend, Ruby gets involved with the wrong people on the streets. Two years later, Ruby's corpse is found, just a year before she is to turn eighteen. S.I.G.E.R now becomes more determined than ever to find Michael and drag him back before he becomes legal. Follow Michael on his journey of deceptions and lies as he tries to uncover the secret behind his best friend's death while trying to remain hidden. They say she committed suicide, but Michael knows Ruby better than anyone else and it seems wrong for his best friend to just kill herself.
