Her life practically revolved around 5 boys, who ended up becoming her best friends. Everything was going smoothly for her, but one day day, her bestfriend stumbles back into his worst nightmares. The unseen misfortune that waits in disguise, reveals a beyond-the-science discovery of a superior species. Little did she know that, this misfortune began with her very bestfriend, who's now deeply entangled in the claws of a monster. He, was her first bestfriend, her first mistake and her first regret. And He, broke her. Will she be able to find the truth? Will she be able to hide her thoughts? One sentence can change everything. Furthermore one sentence can determine your role. Friend? Or stranger? May made a mistake in her 2nd year of middle school. She accidentally told Drew something she shouldn't have. And then she lied to him, causing him to change into the man he is now. They are now in highshcool. But they are farther apart than the Sun and Earth. Their paths haven't crossed since then...and it seems like, they will never cross again. But some people just wouldn't let it end there. Right before starting her Junior year her father got relocated to Chicago for his job. Her and her brother, Caleb, kept mostly to their selves their whole Junior year. Only interacting with other people if they accidentally bumped into them in the hallways, but that is it. Beatrice and Caleb didn't mind their life being this way. All books, studying, helping other people, helping their parents around the house, coming home before 8:30 each and every night. This was how they always lived, and they didn't plan on changing it. Until a certain school jock got his attention caught by Beatrice. Beatrice heard rumors about him, but being the person she was she helped him. This got her the nickname Tris from the one and only Four. An Unexpected Moment
... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. As I transcribe it here, I have tried to update it a bit and give the characters/story more depth than what I had when I was younger. Hopefully it all gets pulled together!Concluida
