As the discussion between Krishna and Arjuna goes on, Arjuna feels that he won't gain by killing his races.As the chariot is being drawn between the two armies ,the other side of the river seems dark for Arjuna. He fells the scars of killing his own consanguineous. He wants to escape the battle but the lord provokes him to fight the battle not for justice but to teach a lesson.
