Patrick Stump hasn't had the easiest life. He's always been a socially awkward person and had a hard time making friends. It didn't help that he got bullied for his weight and being gay.
One day Patrick was sitting on the bus to school when a new boy named Pete sat next to him. At first he was hesitant to talking but soon the pair become very close friends.
Pete Wentz's parents recently got divorced which forces him and his mom to flea to Chicago away from Pete's father. In Chicago, Pete becomes friends with Patrick and becomes Patrick's life saver.
