Elsie has always dreamed of being on stage. She loves the theater and acting but, despite her talents, her stage fright gets the best of her. She always practices alone and has always preferred it that way. But, her dad doesn't approve of her starting an acting career.

Carter has always lived in the shadows of his older brother. Due to his famous parents, he always received the attention he wants at school. But, he really can't stand annoying, clingy girls that get close to him because of his parents. He wants to find someone that can understand and accept him for who he is. 

L.A boy, Carter Wellings never thought of leaving Hollywood, he liked his current life and status at school. When Carter's family decides to take a "little break" from the big screen, Carter and his older brother get transfered to a public school in maine. When a plain girl like Elsie Mason encounters a stuck up jerk like Carter, a certain video brings them together.

Jace thinks Alec is a jackass know-it-all because that's how he comes off to a lot of people until you get to know him, and Alec thinks Jace is annoying with how he presents himself. Those seem like small things that could be easily overcome, however it's also their encounters in the halls or in classes that cause problems. By now it's just mutual hate that both boys are too stubborn to give up. But when one day they get news that seems like the end of the world... it turns out to be the best thing that has happened to both of them. Not at first, but with time. Read to find out what happens! (Also- it is a mystery to even me how long this story will be. I'll be posting chapters as I finish and we'll see how long it turns out to be. It could be my shortest with like four chapters, or my longest with thirty or more. You never know. I hope you enjoy it though!)
