Bill had invoked the ancient power of the Axolotl in his dying "breath" and thought to never be seen again. But surprise he's back after seven years and in a new form!
Stuck in this form Bill must learn to blend in and deal with his new, strange human emotions, especially the ones that involve a certain pine tree who's also back for the summer.
