This is a non-serious endeavour, involving an online community I host. Basically using some online associate's online personas as characters and we'll see where this goes.
Prologue: A company of humanoid owls operate an unlisted facility involved in use of portal technology to dangerous areas. Thought they currently have clearance and financial support form government entities, this company has long had an uneasy relationship with a nearby local militia.

To try and control her, to kill her, she didn't know. A new organisation contacted her out of the blue after a while, offering safety and help with her new abilities. John is a Skinwalker, a free man, a man who is immune to these restrictions.
