I never asked to be like this. I never wanted to be a human weapon. I never wanted to have to live in fear. I had to fight in order to escape, but now that I have, where should I go? My mind was racing, all I could think about was breaking out. It was life or death, win or lose, a huge gamble, but with my life on the line. Will I make it out alive?

The world is filled with nasty things. I'm one of them. The one thing i don't have is freedom. I'm the son of the leader of the biggest company out in the world and the son of the best opera singer in the world. I'm everywhere on TV and the news. I'm known as "prince charming" "perfection" and so many other, but what i would like to call myself is "a normal 18 year old guy". While other 18 year old guys are out with friends, working hard to study, trying to work, and are free, i'm being watched everyday. For as long as I could remember (All 17 years of my life) I, James Solmaxton (but you can call me Solmax) have felt different from everybody else here in this small town of Galaxy View. I've always been faster, stronger and smarter then my fellow teens... In other words I've felt not quit human. So when an alien from a distant world comes to Earth in search of... well me, And bringing with him a warning, that a massive planet destroying evil has been spreading throughout the galaxy for decades like a cancer and has now made its way to my home, and that we have to work together to stop it... I wasn't all that surprised. Now in a race against time, I must uncover the secrets my parents and my hometown, have been keeping from me and decide whether or not to accept the warning this alien brings. Should I join the fight for the survival of the human race and the lives of everyone left in the entire universe. I'm I stronge enough to stop the apocalypse, or are we all already dead? Join me in this action packed Sci Fi thrill ride as I learn that with great power comes the ability to kick evils ass back into the black hole it crawled out from. My Glide On Death
The year was 2098. I was a spacecraft and jet pilot during an era of relative peace. No robotic apocalypses, no zombie outbreaks, no meteor showers-nothing of the sort. Humanity had even established a presence on Mars. Yet, beneath this calm, a sinister force was thriving on the Red Planet. Whispers of a terrorist organization began circulating, hidden within the colonies. Now, they have completely seized Mars for their own dark motives. This group, The Mars Philanthropics (MP), had a name steeped in irony. They claimed to be "lovers of mankind," but in reality, they were far from benevolent. Their so-called charitable mission concealed a darker agenda. I wasn't a member of the military. Instead, I led my own organization-TAF (Terrorist Annihilator Force). Though small in size, we boasted the most seasoned and capable operatives. When the government realized the extent of MP's influence, they turned to us for help. This wasn't just another mission-it was a call to action against the most pervasive terrorist group in history. I'm regarded as the best spacecraft pilot, but this mission will challenge everything I've ever known. But now I face a choice more difficult than any before: let my friends-who are like a family for me-die or kill a family member who is nothing more than a stranger to me. Will I complete the mission? Or will the shadows consume us all? Only time-and fate-will reveal the answers. (Updated once in a week atleast)

The pain...the agony- the screams of the other kids I once called friends and played with...all gone and replaced with despair. Only teddy could keep me company and keep me sane. Till one day, a new boy was brought in and he was strange. But he interested the kids, even the scientists. He was placed in my room and he never spoke a word to anyone. He would wake up in the middle of the night and gasp for air like if there never was any. But he was my friend. Things changed and a few years later, the orphanage was attacked. Two people came in and killed the scientists but spared the children. While making an attempt to escape, I was caught by the remaining scientists and taken away. The screams of my friend echoing behind me as I tried to escape... Such a waste as I became strong and have long forgotten those memories. But side effects came with the experiments they played with. Y/N is the name and being psychotic is my game. Don't try to catch me cause I can read you like a book in a grand library. Everyone was evacuated from the home planet over 150 years ago. Our planet was dying, it was only a matter of time before our race was wiped out. We now live on a synthetic planet designed and built by our ancestors who came together from all parts of the globe to devise a plan to save us. We have lived peacefully for over a century.. Until now. Our lives were threatened when a mysterious and deadly virus broke out, killing entire communities at a time. The council says that they have a plan; they said that in order to prevent the death of more innocent people they will test every man, woman, and child for signs of the virus. Any person found to have been infected will be quarantined, the ones who die will be given a proper burial while the ones who survive are deemed carriers and are to be sent to the home planet to prevent further outbreak. I was prepared for the people I know and some I love being taken away for the greater good, but I never would have expected that among the list of people being taken from my community, that I would be one of them.. I survived the quarantine. Now for the survival of my planet I, and the other Carriers must be sent to the home planet. I'm going back to Earth. (This is not based on The 100 but there are similarities.) (Some violent themes, but other than that is entirely clean.) Please comment if you have any questions or concerns. Xalune - Echoes from the past
In a dystopian world, where the strongest prevails, having peace is a luxury. Especially when someone from the past is out to destroy everything we have built up over the past 15 years. And with Christmas approaching, our group get to face ten hellish days. Preview: In his fury, the chains have rubbed his wrists and neck raw, despite me trying to calm him down. He suddenly calms down when the screams in the cell next to us switch to the sound of bones breaking. Now he sits with foam on his lips and his eyes wide, looking that way. After ten minutes, the sounds of the boys in our cell have died down, and we all look at the wall that separates us from the crackling of the breaking bones. And then suddenly all is quiet. After a few silent minutes, our cell door opens slowly. From the ball of light from the ceiling, the little girl in the doorway is illuminated. She is completely covered in blood and doesn't move. Then she opens her eyes and carefully walks towards us. And despite everything, my first impulse is to crawl backwards, away from the unnatural calm radiating from her. ------------- After reading yet another great older brothers/younger sister story, where the family gets reunited after years of separation, the sister keeps the secret that she was abused and assaulted all along, and the brothers conceal their work in the mafia, I decided to give it also a try. The output of my story was initially to turn this around with openness and unconditional support and the torture should happen right in front of their very eyes. Because no story is complete without the (un)necessary bloodshed, action, humour and, of course, a bad guy. And who knows, to throw everything completely upside down, the main character may not survive. I won't write warnings above each chapter, because most of them contain violence, blood, torture, etc. Constructive criticism is welcome. Ow, and English is not my first, second or third language. So if I mess up somewhere, let me know!
