Saving a Hero
((((COMPLETED)))) Percy Jackson is depressed and has succumbed to self destructive ways to release his frustration. Nobody notices a thing until Nico gets wind of his former crush drifting farther and farther away. Percy suddenly has new feelings for someone new, and he gets rejected by someone, but not who he thinks. He gets a quest and has to pick one other person from camp to go with him to rescue a friend. Percy gets cursed along the way and has to make it back to Camp to save a life. This story is about Percy self harming, and Nico helping him, there are mentions of dizziness, the feeling of starving, graphic self harm/injuries, blood, graphic thoughts of a person with depression, and probably something like psychological horror. If any of that makes you uncomfortable, don't read!!! I don't think I'm going to get any backlash for anything but if you comment, I'm probably not going to answer you! To the people who leave nice comments, I do read all of them and it is appreciated! this is my first published work, I just wanted to add something to this cool community and maybe live a little vicariously through the characters. K y'all. This story is trash 🙏. Im putting it back up for the sake of "memories". ENJOY THIS SHIT. Nico and the Seven decide to go to highschool. Calypso has been brought back by Leo. The war with Gaea, well, the damage was fixed. Leo and Calypso face a huge road block. And I mean HUGE. Heart warming yet tragic :). Percy and Annabeth are closer than ever, rarely fighting anymore. Frank and Hazel are a tad bit more touchy I believe. Piper and Jason struggle to help Leo and his heart, get through the hard situation, while Hazel says something to him that she deeply regrets. The plot twist with Leo and Calypso takes up the last 15 chapters. Suggestive and barely detailed. Time skips were placed in every appropriate place, so this is okay for 13+ :D. Though Calypso and Leo are having large issues, and Leo finds another girl who is interested in him, their mistake tosses their world upside down and back. High school is what mostly takes up this story. Breakups. Worry. Regret. Fear. Pure agonizing pain. Monsters. And of course... Percy Jackson's crew.
