It was a beautiful cool spring night and everyone was out on a Friday night partying with their friends. Me on the other I'm stuck inside at my desk studying for our term test. I shook my head with a sigh and turned back towards my books. I'm studying to be a lawyer at Hovard law in Washington D.C. I've always wanted to follow in the footsteps of my great grandfather Jason Anderson. He was a big time lawyer here in Washington and in this school he was at the top of he classes and all the professors expect highly of me. With a sigh I got up and went downstairs to the kitchen and grabbed a bottle of water from the frigde and then went to the kitchen island and grabbed an bright green apple from a bowl in the middle of the counter. I took a bite while walking back to the stairs when I heard a voice coming from the living room. "Lil are you coming to the party tonight?" That Sarah Kennedy we've been friends since 6th grade. When I helped her stand up to a gang of bullies and we just clicked. "No Sarah I'm gonna go cram again and then go to sleep." I called back to her. Sarah ran from the living room she was beautiful. She wore a red short strapless dress with red heels. Her wore her blond hair partly up and down she curled the ends of her hair and her make up was always perfect always making her blue eye shine even brighter. "Your always studying Lily. You need to let lose and have fun once in a while." Sarah said. "I know I know...how's this once I ace these terms I'll go out with you? Is that a deal?" "YES!!!!" Squealed Sarah jumping up and down. I smiled and went back in my room...back to my study's. I was half way down with my notes when I heard a loud crashing noise and a loud BANG noise.

Allison Monroe, a passionate college student of a Pre-Law course in University of the Philippines Diliman, come to believe that destiny no longer exists in our world. On the other hand, a happy-go-lucky guy which happened to be her classmate in college was amused by her beauty and brains. They started in not-a-very-good condition, because Allison hated Ryan the first time she have met him. It was love at first fight. As time passes by, the two has been playing with destiny, and started to fall for each other. But, it was not a good fairytale story to tell. Things has been complicated with the two of them, and the truth has started to unravel. There was familiarity in their warmth like they had met when they were younger. It's like they had loved each other at a different moment. At a different world. "Nothing changed. You were still the jerk I once knew, Jace," Allison uttered with full of sarcasticity. She couldn't believe it. She couldn't help but to laugh at herself for letting him fool her again. "I have no intention of fooling nor hurting you, I swear. Hear me out this time, Allison, please?" Ryan pleaded. "There's no point of hearing your stupid explanations, Ryan. You know I only seek for truth, and now that I know the truth, I can't let myself be fooled by you again." She turned her back at him. She never imagined that they could be played by Cupid twice. Love isn't all about happy endings. Sometimes, it could be tragic. But it may be tragically beautiful. And while Allison is slowly walking away from the place where Ryan is standing, she have thought of something she could do to save herself this time. She would do the first move to avoid pain. She would do the only thing she could do to not be hurt by the same guy again. She'd leave for good. On Allison's seat, she was watching the plane to take its flight to her Aunt's neighborhood, but she have mumbled last two words, "Fuck love."
