Daniel was born deaf. Austen was born blind. Dan relied on his vision. Austen relied on his hearing. Dan learned sign language and often has a hard time communicating with others. Austen learned brail and often has a hard time finding his way through public areas. Dan was isolated in his silent thoughts. Austen was overwhelmed in the invisible environment. Dan creates vibrations of music with drums. Austen creates textures of art with paint.
