Kageyama and Hinata have been dating for a few months now and just as they thought they were at their happiest, disaster strikes.
After a tough game between Karasuno and Fukurodani, the small wing spiker of the crow team is injured and has to transfer to another school for medical reasons. But to the teams surprise, Hinata lands at the rival school of Aoba Johsai, with no recollection of ever being in Karasuno.
Devastated at the outcome of their situation, Kageyama tries to keep their relationship safe against conflict and the ever annoying, flirty Oikawa, who plans to take Hinata for his own.
In the end, Hinata will have to choose who he thinks he is happier with.
