Noelani isn't quite ready to be one of the Guardians, her power is weaker than most in her rank and she can't even fight like a proper angel. But on the day of deciding, Noelle's oddly chosen to venture to earth and protect a boy named Elijah prophesied to die of cancer... Only he's far from dead.
Unsure of this mistake, the gates won't open for Noelle if she can't bring back the boy's soul. This means that, until she does, she's one of the Fallen - a collection of angels whom defy Elysium and it's orders. To make matters worse, she's attacked by blood magic and a horde of angry demons that wish for the downfall of Elysium and the resurrection of the first immortal to walk the earth.
With Elijah by her side, Noelle must fight through heaven and hell in order to defeat those who wish to cheat death and return to her rightful place as an angel in Elsyium.
