"Do you really expect me to become best friends with my mate's boyfriend and cheer for you both to make out?"
"I don't. And that is why I want to reject you as my mate." I told him after a moment of silence.
As soon as those words left my mouth, an awkward air settled in the room. My wolf was really sad. I could feel her crying.
'I'm sorry.' I told her silently.
"It is not your decision to make! You can't reject me, we are mates." He growled, his eyed turning dark with anger.
"I agree we are mates Alpha. But I don't think I can ever be with someone other than Andrew. I am really sorry to do this to you."
He was beyond shocked, at a loss of words.
I took a deep breath and started, "I, Hannah Parker reject you--"
Before I could continue my sentence, he stopped me.

Into the woods I find a pine tree. Perfect! Pine trees are great hiding places. The branches hide you visually and the smell masks your scent. I climb up as quickly as I can and watch the guy approaching. He circles my tree looking around but eventually gives up and goes back towards the houses. "Mate!" My wolf happily purs. "Not him!" I respond. "Denial." She says. "Refusal." I counter and she growls at me. "You will NOT reject him!" She orders. "He is a bully!" "He is mate!" I jumped to my feet and punched him in the side. There was hardly an effect. "You're weak" he spat, walking a step closer towards me. I growled as I had had it with this blood sucking devil! "What's wrong little wolf? No more energy?" He smirked. Then Liam was suddenly thrown to the damp ground by something, a jet black wolf with glowing red eyes. He was beautiful with his gleaming coat and strong legs. The black wolf left Liam on the ground and fiercely killed all of Liam's minions easily. He wasn't finished with his prowl, he turned back to face Liam but realized that the pureblooded vampire had already run off. Then I hear a deep growl.
