Sang Sorenson ends up in a world she never thought possible.
Sang has a secret not even she knew. To keep this secret among themselves, the rulers of Norta, House Calore, decide to throw her into the deep end to watch Sang very closely. With the elite houses watching her every move, she has to keep up her act. Any slip up could be the cause of her death. But when she is approached by a group of rebels known as the Scarlet Guard and Sang continuously interacts with the 9 boys at the heart of the group things soon become complicated.
