Peter Parker's parents died in a plane crash. Peter got his abilities when he was bitten by a spider. Peter Parker is innocent. But would if everything happened in not such an innocent way?
Would if he got his abilities when he was captured by HYDRA? Would if he was experimented on and when he finally escaped HYDRA, he wasn't the "friendly neighborhood Spider-man" we all know him as? And now SHEILD is after him along with the avengers. Read more to find out!!

Peter grew up surrounded by nothing but pressuring dim halls and voices tearing through his consciousness like bullets to his head. He never thought he'd get a chance at freedom. There was no he'd see the world outside of the missions that were mostly wiped from his memory. But when the base is under attack one day, he finds himself suddenly thrust into the real world, alongside the opportunity to reconnect with an old friend. Cover art does not belong to me. Once you find out who was associated with her death, you can't believe it. How can someone so close to you be apart of it? As you're attending Midtown High, you get a text message from your dad informing you that he'll probably need your help. No matter how much he doesn't want to, he doesn't want to risk losing you if you stayed in Tony's plain sight. The only people to know of your abilities are as follows: Steve, Clint, Bucky, Wanda, Sam and Scott. Now Natasha is aware because she soon figures it out but never tells anyone. Especially Tony. A battle is to take place due to the Sokovia Accords and you're sided with your father of course because your fighting for what you believe is right. Will you get caught and locked up? *Finished Editing November 2025* The Civil War was over. What once was a strong group of legendary heroes is now split up, and Tony is left to pick up the pieces on his side of life. And with fewer numbers, he's not taking any chances in terms of security. And as for Peter... He's relaxing, and nobody's stopping him after the events of homecoming. Everything is about to come crashing down when a mysterious and deadly HYDRA agent, (y/n), is caught during a sniper mission. She's cold, emotionless, and calculated, with the power of possessing countless armors and weapons at her disposal. Life is sent spiraling out of order as she is forced into a life she never saw herself in. And on top of that, she's tasked with training the newest member of what's left of the Avengers, and neither she nor Peter is thrilled, but along the way, she did something she never thought she could do... She started to learn everything life had to offer. She starts to find herself, and Peter is there for every second of it. The only warning in this is the amount of references. No sex or rated R gore. It's actually 56 chapters. I do not own Marvel or any of the characters owned by them. There are some original characters for the sake of the story, and the storyline is mine. When the rain falls
After Peter had been bitten by a spider and the death of his Uncle Ben, Peter became Spider-man. Living with his Aunt May, going to high school as a sophomore and at night saving the people of Queens from Robberies, Kidnappings and some of Spider-mans enemies. One day Peter comes home to see his Aunt May shot and killed just like his Uncle Ben. Peter was then taken to an Orphanage where he was neglected by the care takers only a few kids try to help him make it through his time in the Orphanage. But sadly over the time of three months Peter slowly stopped talking, the schools therapist that was in charged of helping Peter to talk again. Tony and Pepper are wanting to adopt a kid thinking that having a kid will help keep the other's from having another 'Civil war' issue. So that is what they did, going to the closest Orphanage in Queens. When they first lay their eyes on Peter they knew that he was special and that he was the one. Everything was going great but all good things must come to an end. Will Peter make it out of his depressed state or will he be forever lost in his depression. (book 1) y/n stark is really not here for this european school vacation because in this post-endgame world, she's mourning the loss of her dad. but one (1) sticky boi peter parker is just trying to be the friend he once was while also trying not to flirt too much because if she rejects him (which she wouldn't, not that he knows that) while they're in venice holy hell he'll just pitch himself off the gondola right then and there. basically, y/n has been distancing herself & peter misses her & this school trip is a great way for him to coax her back into the real world & y/n really loves peter but is super sensitive and scared to lose him & also mysterio shows up at some point ugh @ nick fury leave ned leeds alone *this story was written prior to avengers: infinity war & spider-man: far from home coming out. therefore, the canon in which these characters live in is different from the mcu. in this canon - tony stark, captain america, & thor have all died. black widow & vision have survived. the decimation, where half the population was snapped from existence was erased with time travel so those who were snapped came back within online minutes, leaving some residual trauma. in this canon, those who survived the decimation only lived six months without those who were snapped, but those six months have been erased - leaving only the avengers to fully remember what happened.Completa
