"What the hell am I going to do, Nikki?!" Neil yelled as soon as the phone call ended. He was freaking out because Max was coming over and was probably going to ask why they were hanging out without him. "We can just tell him you were tutoring me on our upcoming math test!" Nikki suggested, slightly freaking out as well. The ocean-eyed boy thought for a moment. "Okay, we can tell him that. Just please don't tell anyone the things we talked about at the park," Neil begged, not wanting anyone to know about his secrets. "Did you really think I was going to? Of course I won't tell anyone. But is it okay if Max knows?" Nikki asked without thinking. Neil gave her a surprised look. "What?! No! He can't know that I like h-" "Guys?" Be kind with criticism and keep in mind how young I was!) There you were. Standing outside of the bus stop, you pondered whether your parents had really made the right decision. You've always been an introverted kid - somewhat outcasted by your so called 'peers'. You never really went outside - and because of this, your parents insisted you went somewhere for the summer. That's where 'Camp Campbell' came in. So, here you are, about to step onto a bus sending you straight to this random summer camp you know nothing about. Oh well.. Thank you. Max never wanted to admit it, but he liked Camp Campbell. He liked it way more than home. When the time comes to go home, there's a small void in Max's heart he's unable to fill. Oddly enough, that void is David shaped. When Max's home life takes a turn of events that cause Max to rely on David for help, David is suddenly back into Max's everyday life. But when everything starts to go wrong, will Max be able to solve the puzzle, beat the clock and keep David from leaving Max's life forever? Rock Climbing Conundrum
David is absent from Camp Campbell for the week due to personal reasons, leaving Gwen as the only counselor to look after the kids. Things take a turn for the worst when something happens to Max during a rock climbing activity. I'm a new Camp Camp fan, with different opinions compared to a chunk of the fandom. But if there's one thing I do agree with in the fandom (at least with most people who have a brain), it's that ANY shipping of a child and adult is fucking gross and whoever ships MaxGwen\Maxvid or whatever deserves a fate worse than death.Complete
