Now I know that the title may seem a bit morbid and depressing but that's basically the point. In a humorous way, anyway. This story is about a girl and her friends who all go to the same high school and most of them have depression. And since we are all staying alive for each other in real life we decided that I would write a book about our suicides. So this is about her friends not making it. This is about love, sacrifice. Hate, life, death and a little bit of fallen angels and powers. It's not perfect and neither am I. But who is? I'm not asking for you to like it or to read the entire thing. I don't like the way he told me he needed to care for me. I felt like an obligation, a responsibility that he is carrying and carrying leads to getting tired and when people gets tired, they give up. I don't want them to give up on me. But they will, so it's good not to make them care for me in the first place. "I never needed anyone. I stopped needing anyone before, why start now?" I uttered the words again. Why? There is nothing to fight for. No mama. No papa. No sister to love me. No one. So why would I waste my life and the time of others to fix what is already broken - and someone who doesn't want to be fixed? If I may add. Maybe I gave up. No, scratch that. I gave up a long time ago - when my parents died, my hope and purpose went away with them.

I just wrote all of this and then I accidentally deleted it as well as the book cover. I'm somewhat infuriated atm. The book was written as I fell in love for the first time, while in the Swedish equivalent of High School so it should be one hell of a ride ;) It may need some updating and I'll get to that some day, but it's perfectly readable in the meantime. A lot of my friends have approved the book as well. It is dedicated to my former best friend Adam, whom also was my biggest fan I think. Anywhoo, the book is about a boy named Ethan Bennett, his best friends Matt and Diana, his half-brother Josh and their friend Sophie. Later you'll also be introduced to Isabelle May. It's a feel good story about a loving high school friend group. I think that's all I'm going to say... Happy reading :) Oh and also, my characters aren't going through anything extremely traumatic, but just like most teens nowadays they all have their struggles with life and mental health and so on. I tried to write it in a light way though <3<3
