When a girl named icizz moves into a new neighborhood they also find out that another family is moving in next door and icizz and Jeff and Liu become good friends but when the 3 bullies pick on them and hurt icizz, Jeff fights the kids and then they run away from the scene and next thing you know they're all caught by the police and Liu takes the blame and gets sent to juvy for a year icizz and Jeff break down and then they go to a birthday party and Jeff and icizz play when the 3bullies come again they hurt icizz and Jeff snapped then we'll ... we all know what happens next
what happens when icizz is 19 years old and she discovers a killer on the loose in the neighborhood ??
