The year is 2082, and humanity has yet to rebuild itself following the results of the Atomic War.
All humans have been moved to "sanctuaries", with no one except "vigilantes" daring to leave them.
Argen Hunter is a member of a sanctuary, aspiring to be a vigilante, although with no support.
It seems his chance finally arrives when the sanctuary leader loses his mind and goes berserk, killing everyone in the sanctuary.

The town of Hibbing, MN is under siege. But by an unlikely enemy. An attempt to make a genetically modified human for military purposes, which would make them stronger, faster, more intelligent. But everything goes horribly wrong when there is a break in, and the 'perfect human formula' is unintentionally tested before it is ready. The result, is a nightmare of a human. A zombie.
