Argen Hunter is a member of a sanctuary, aspiring to be a vigilante, although with no support.
It seems his chance finally arrives when the sanctuary leader loses his mind and goes berserk, killing everyone in the sanctuary.

The other a Commander who will go to great lengths to support his Nikkes while fighting on the surface.
