Annie isn't the "perfect girl". She doesn't have the prettiest face or the perfect waist, and sometimes Annie and her friends fight. Sometimes she'll annoy you, piss you off, say stupid things and then take it back. She makes her share of mistakes. Her hair isn't always neat, her makeup isn't always perfect.
She's not perfect.
She never has been. She'll say crap that will potentially hurt people. But when she says she's sorry, she means it. Annie has never believed or called herself "perfect" before.
All it took however were four boys and a pile of dusty old library books to practically change that.
