The world has always been a dreary and brutal place for Bay. She was born while the world's saviour failed. The prophecies had been fulfilled, but the hero had died and with him the safety and wellness of the world had perished.

Bay is fifteen when she is torn from her family and sent to one of many training schools. The purpose of the schools is to train the next generation of sorcerers to rule the creatures of darkness and all the world.

Bay is sent to the worst of all the schools; the one overseen by the Sorceress herself. The woman who tore the world asunder, releasing the demons who roam the world now, and killing the hero who had been supposed to save them all.

When Bay tries to resist the training and the Sorceress, her family is threatened. Bay must decide whether her family is more important than her morals. And she must determine whether she is strong enough to do what must be done.

Book One is finally complete, please look forward to Book Two, The Chronicles of Arnora: The Zemorian Invasion! Thousands of years ago there was a great war between the powers of light and darkness. The army of good had defeated the powers of evil, however darkness doesn't truly die.... Now thousands of years later that evil has returned to finish what it started all those years ago. The hope of saving the world now rests on the shoulders of one young man. Can he stop this evil before it rises again? Or will the darkness snuff out the light and reign supreme? Find out in the first exciting installment of The Chronicles of Arnora: The Curse of the Blood Moon! My story takes place on a alternate Earth, in the fictional realm of Arnora. A place abundant with magic and full of different races such as Elves, Dwarves, Orcs, Witches and Wizards. I've taking inspiration from some of my favorite well known sources to bring this story to life. Some of them include The Lord of the Rings, The Witcher, Eragon and even Harry Potter. If you enjoy epic fantasy stories then I think you'll enjoy my story The Chronicles of Arnora: The Curse of the Blood Moon. This is an original story of my own creation with my own original characters. Before I started publishing my story on Wattpad I've had several people read it and they've told me it was good and they enjoyed reading it and I hope you all enjoy it as well. I've always been told I have a very active and creative imagination and I should use that i it a like and follow for more chapters to come. Please feel free to point out any grammatical errors you find that I may have missed as I'm constantly editing the story to make it better. *If any names in my story are that of real world people it's completely coincidental, I use a random name generator, which creates countless names, to help with the naming of some of my characters.

Just another generic story about some high schooler with powers being the chosen one and saving the world. Okay, maybe not the entire world. But our protagonist here may end up saving her country plus the spirit realm from a power-hungry goddess... or she may not. So we have a country, Cloudgate, which I accidentally named after a giant bean in Chicago. (Look it up, guys) Then we have auras, which are these magical power source thingies from the heavens, or should I say the Realm of Spirits, which give the people of Cloudgate supernatural abilities. Except the auras are actually cursed, which messes with the human's powers, and now auras have become synonymous with curses and aura-having humans face heavy persecution. Skye Everson, the afformented chosen one protagonist, is one of these aura-havers, and she has ice powers. For a long time, she had idolized mages and wanted to hone her skills so she could become a mage herself. The problem? Aura magic is no longer legal. Fortunately for Skye, she gets kidnapped by a secret society that trains mages illegally, and may now have a chance to live out her dreams as an ice mage. But becoming a practiced magic user in this day and age may not be all its cracked up to be... (Age rating: 13+)
