Samantha Evander Kane, the daughter of Marcus Kane, was chosen to be one of the 100 delinquents to be sent to the ground to see if Earth is survivable. No one knows what she committed to be sent with the rest of the "working class" but everyone seems to take her presence negatively, being that she is a Kane.
As she struggles to help lead the 100, she faces many obstacles that stand in her way. One of them include Bellamy Blake. The two of them seem to disagree and argue about everything, will they ever get over there differences with the impending war with the grounders?
