Just Getting By

Olivia is living day by day. Going through high school trying to figure out life. Being painfully average in every way possible. Smart but not too smart. Athletic but not athletic enough. Pretty but not in any special way. Funny and kind but not enough for people to take notice. Scared her friends don't like her. Waiting for something to happen.
Scared and insecure about people noticing her and paying attention to her actions. Wanting one guy she can't even have a conversation with let alone have a relationship with. Hoping that life becomes something she looks forward to again rather than just getting by.

Shawn: Mr. perfect or at least that's what everyone thinks. He is nice to everyone, on the honor roll, captain, and quarterback leading his team to state. He's a loving son, considerate friend, and boyfriend. He has everything a guy could want but he's so busy living his life to please everyone else he doesn't even realize he's unhappy himself.
Hoping that people will realize he is only human so he can stop being scared to make mistakes. Doing everything possible to be perfect and Hoping that life becomes something he looks forward to again rather than just getting by.
