I love the hunger games. So I read some stories on Wattpad and made an account. I decided "Well the hunger games trilogy is in Katniss's perspective. Right? Why not do a story in Peeta's perspective. And this is the result of ignoring my homework and working on this! Peeta is my favourite charecter and this is in his perspective, enjoy.

We know her story. But have you ever wondered what it was like on the home front, in District 12? This story is Gale's, his outlook on the games, his feelings about his best friend's situation, and his interactions with the people of District 12. The story is set during the time period of "The Hunger Games" (book one of the trilogy). It is written from the perspective of Gale Hawthorne, and does not concern any events in books two and three. This is my first fan fiction, my first "real" attempt at long form prose writing, and my first Wattpad story. I appreciate constructive feedback, but please, no hate. While the characters and some plot points are based off of Suzanne Collins's Hunger Games Trilogy, (which I in no way own the rights to) I have created this story using my own imagination.
