Three months have flown by since Danny, Margaret, Amos, and Mira lost four members of their traveling group. While the quartet search through northern Kalos, former fugitive White Copperstone, N, and Fiona are trapped under the careful gaze of Team Flare, and Leia Jackson and Sky Blue (who may or may not have lost a few marbles) are held in the organization's iron grasp. With each of the three groups searching desperately for their missing comrades, they begin to discover new legends of the past, raveled secrets of a long forgotten race, and the plan Team Flare has in store for the world.

Still in shock, Ash and his friends beat Team Breaker and try to find any traces of where N went, but with no luck. She's eager to get things done quickly, but Flame was there to offer his guidance and protection. Flame is a mysterious stranger who happened to come out of nowhere, but the two felt instantly comfortable in front of one another as soon as they met. There was a connection they couldn't understand, and Flame was determined to keep her away from harm, but at a distance. Secrets will be revealed and memories will be remembered. There are important key elements to discovering a new meaning to what happened to them in their childhood. Meanwhile, in the shadows, Team Plasma reorganizes, gaining strength under corrupt Sages and officers and led by Ghetsis. The team preaches a new direction, but the same motives added to a more "direct" and violent approach. It searches for objects it's lost and powerful members who've fled; all the while planning a destructive and unstoppable endgame, eventually crossing paths with Riley. The new trainer sees Team Plasma's vile actions and builds up a hatred for it, becoming determined to stop them whenever they meet while continuing THE JOURNEY OF A CHAMPION. The Betrayed Chronicles Arc 1: Betrayal and The Orange Islands [Discontinued] by Galaxydragon101

Ash has just lost in the Indigo League, due to his Charizard's disobedience. As he and Pikachu are thinking things over by a lake, they are sure in for a nasty surprise. Betrayal. That's what, out of all possible scenarios, Ash never imagined that his own friends and family would betray and even try and kill him. Now though, Ash must rise above this and prove the traitors wrong, starting with redemption. He heads over to the Orange Islands for sanctuary and to start a new journey, a new start was just what he needed, with new friends, new Pokemon, and mysteries surrounding the Pokemon world. Alola suddenly feels a cold breeze coming from within the Ruins of Conflict, along with something similar to an Ultra Wormhole mixed with Dynamax Energy! To add on, it forcefully takes Tapu Koko! Yuki knows where the Island Deity was taken: The Max Lairs in The Crown Tundra, Galar. The two, alongside their Pokemon, go to Galar to not only obtain the relics, but save Melemele Island's Tapu as well! All while this is going on, Ash Ketchum realizes some things about himself... and the way he feels towards a certain blue hair, red eye girl. His dense wall has finally broken, but Yuki Kazeko sees everyone as a really good friend... making her the dense one! Cassandra came to Galar running from a past she couldn't bring herself to face. Leon was running from his failure, and enemies that either wanted him on their side or dead. Be it fate or destiny, their meeting during a blizzard in the mountains was the start of a journey neither of them expected. The ending, however, is on a path wrought with danger. It's going to take everything they have to stop the madmen proclaiming themselves Kings and seem to bear some grudge against the legendary Warrior Pokemon who stopped Eternatus for a second time not long ago... But first, they have to survive the cold. Post-Pokemon Sword AU (heavy), slight slow burn. Updated weekly (Some chapters mature. Cover by me!) -------------- Some notes: 1. I don't follow typical battle format of the game. I try to be realistic and write how I feel fighting would go in the real world (i.e. no turn taking and Pokemon can act without commands if trained enough). 2. I overall try to be realistic about the world, too. Like Pokemon eating Pokemon and people eating fish/bird Pokemon (i.e., Farfetch'd, poor thing). 3. Heavily AU. I basically take the post-game plot and run with it, making it a lot darker and more intense. I always thought it was such a silly plot line so yeah xD 4. Romance is cheese because I like cheese. This is actually my first mainly romance focus to go with adventure. It's kinda slight slow burn, but still happens kinda quick! 5. I don't know all canon history of regions perfectly so I take some liberties here and with other games' stories I involve, so also some heavy to light AU's for those games/areas, too! 6. Leon's character is my interpretation of things with my own spin on it, too, so sorry if he's a bit OOC? 7. Eventual smut towards the end, you're welcome. The journey that started innocently enough begins to take a darker turn of events, where old secrets are resurfaced and monsters begins to crawl from the darkness.
