This Was Not Planned

Stella was supposed to come home with nobody there. She was supposed to spend the evening curled up in her bed, binge watching Game of Thrones or Mr. Robot, eating pizza and ice cream and enjoying a peaceful Friday night. But instead she comes home to obnoxiously high-pitched laughter, the smell of at least ten different perfumes and six pairs of designer shoes sprawled out on the floor. It was in moments like this, that Stella regretted not moving in with her three friends. They had offered her a room, but she had planned on staying with her family until her study of performing arts was over. What at the time had seemed like the perfect idea to save money for later, had turned out to be pure torture, because living with her family meant living with her younger sister, and living with her sister meant dealing with her sisters friends.
