When experienced guitarist, Leighton, clashes with Gabe (a beginner) in college, things start off rocky. But when his private tutoring sessions fail, he's left with one option: Leighton. During their first session at his house, there's instant chemistry and sexual tension but will they choose to deny it or throw their guitars aside? Leighton is 19 and she's just started her first year of college. She's been playing guitar for 6 years now and plans to continue playing for as long as she can. She's played a couple gigs and hopes to continue performing to her heart's content. Gabe is 18 and he's in his second year of college. He's just bought his first guitar, hoping to start learning soon. His parents, rich and wealthy, splurge their money on private tutoring sessions for him but things start to go downhill when Leighton arrives. Will they learn to get along and play together? Or will they fight and play against each other? Guitar Lessons is about trust and honesty, hate and love. It tells the story of two guitarists coming together and helping each other. But little do they both know, their lives are about to change.

Dana Mendes is an 18 year old student at the California College for Music where she majors in vocal music. She swore she'd be the best singer in her class, which she was. But there's a new guy that might be just a little better than her. Everyone in class, including the instructor is fascinated with the guys voice and seems to show him more attention than they'd ever shown Dana. Clearly this guy was trying to take the spotlight and for that, Dana was jealous of him. She's even more jealous because her best friend, Ryan, is his roommate. Not only was this guy trying to steal the spotlight in class, but he was now stealing her best friend. Will Dana get over the jealousy and give the guy a chance? Or will she hate him forever?
