The appearance of "Quirks", newly discovered superpowers, has been steadily increasing over the years; 90 percent of humanity now possessing a variety of powers from manipulation of elements to shape-shifting.
Set several decades after the end of All Might's career, society has become increasingly dependant on their quirks and their Heroes. Where there's dependency, there's weakness, and there will always be people waiting to exploit this.
After a series of events that throws six year old Eve Rowan out into this turmoil, she must learn to defend herself. Encountering many people and facing her fears along the way, she must navigate through a world of chaos and corruption.
