Coming of Age
High school junior Marilyn Walker is a lot of things. She is an identical twin to her sister Eleanor, a self-proclaimed nerd and proud of it, and-less proudly-an anxious wreck. Her Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and multiple anxiety disorders spend a lot of time ordering her around, try as she might to soothe them through copious routines and rules. But rules are known to break under pressure, and so are the people who cling to them. Marilyn's classmate Jasper Waller is also a lot of things. He is an oldest brother to four younger siblings, a star on the tennis team, and is secretly also an anxious wreck. Though his exterior is calm and collected, his relentless doubts and fears chip away at his "cool guy" mask and threaten his performance on the tennis court. The new school year brings new fears, scattered routines, and what feels like endless uncertainty into play as the strange becomes the familiar and new matches are lost and made.

She was once the princess of the Malik family-spoilt, rebellious, and fearless. Hemayal Mah-e-Noor Malik grew up in a world where limits didn't exist, where tantrums were forgiven, and mistakes were hidden. But one argument, one careless decision, and everything she knew shattered. At fifteen, she was sent away to boarding school, abandoned by the family she loved, misunderstood by the people who mattered most. Now, more than four years later, Hemayal is called back home. Her grandmother misses her. Her siblings fear she hasn't changed. The cousins whisper, and the house that once adored her waits for the chaos she once brought. But Hemayal is not the same girl who left. The years away have taught her lessons she never wanted to learn. The girl who once demanded the world has almost lost herself-and now she must face the family she left behind. Will they see the change in her, or will the past always define her? A story of mistakes, loss, and the painful journey of growing up... of becoming someone you never thought you could. (Originally published on 20th October 2025 Republished on 23rd April 2026)
