Frisk wakes up in the ruins yet again, but it's very different, first off, they did not reset, secondly, everything changed, the surroundings are hellish and terrible, the first thing they see is another human in a green dress disappear around a corner and they catch a glimpse of Toriel.

This story takes place years after a neutral run when Frisk gets transported into "Horrortale" by a mysterious force unknown to our "Hero", must venture back into the underground but what will they do, finish the job, or save them all.
