These gifts in question were normal things like teddy bears and flowers, accompanied by notes which looked as if they were written with blood. The notes began with simple compliments and got scarier over time. George noticed one thing about the notes: they were signed with a smile. For this story, I had to do research on protanopia (George's colorblindness) just to make sure I had the colors correct but I am still not clear about everything, if I have something wrong, please tell me.
