When a young man is murdered in the streets of new York Arthur Kirkland steps of of his summer break to investigate the case. At first it seems like nothing big another murder not the first time, until a 39 year old woman is found dead on the streets of her home town "New York businessman" is written in blood beside her lifeless body. As top detective of the NYPD Arthur juggles both cases on his 39 year old shoulders. Then more body start dropping the only similarity being the iconic "New York businessman" written in blood beside the body. Now it's clear. They have a serial killer on there hands. Now Arthur is dragged into the case of 23-year old Alfred Jones and 21-year old Matthew Williams as Arthur races against the clock to catch the
